Hestra Gripen GS

The Gripen GS 5 Finger is an advanced racing glove developed for giant slalom in collaboration with the Swedish and Norwegian national alpine teams This glove comes with pre shaped fingers and external seams for optimum pole grip. Two layers of shock absorbing material provide exceptional protection against bumps and knocks. One is d30, a high tech material that’s soft and elastic until it’s subjected to blows, when the molecules lock in place and absorb the impact. The second layer consists of a classic, sturdy foam plastic. Durable impregnated goatskin keeps out the elements, and stretch polyamide provides flexibility in the fingers. The knuckles and thumb are reinforced with ceramic material for extra durability. The liner is made of soft, brushed polyester, and the synthetic insulation keeps you warm and wicks away moisture. A neoprene cuff with Velcro adjustment provides a snug, tight fit around the wrist.
