Steering Stabilizer for 1-1/8" Handlebars. With mounting kit for Sherco w/ Steel Frames. This damper includes a shorter bearing cap seal.

NOTE: Take a look at the Sherco gap photo. This gap can vary on the same exact year and model. You may need to loosen the tank screws and slide the tank away from the mount for a gap, or even remove some plastic from the tank. This Damper mounts to the handlebar between the two handlebar clamps. If your handlebar clamps are connected on top or bottom you will need to cut them or purchase separate pieces shown below or from the bike manufacturer. Handlebar positions are counted from the closest to the rider #1 out. Standard position may not be your bikes stock position please double check the handlebars position on your bike.

This damper is used by Factory race teams. It has 20 low speed adjustments with detente clicks and 12 high speed adjustments with lobe clicks. The linkage is greased and sealed for long life and is adjustable for wear. The unit as shown weighs aprox. 1.2 Lb (544 grams) and is rebuildable.

MOUNTING

• Does not mount in a dangerous position over the bars to cause injury to your chest or chin

• Can be used with standard handlebars or Flexx Bars, no razed crossbar needed

CONSTRUCTION

• Compact, rugged construction
• Has 20 numbered low speed positions with clicks and stops at both ends

• Automatically compensates for thermal expansion with a built in reservoir, greatly reduces fading
• Lever is attached by a tapered tri-lobe over 10x the contact area of a pin or a slot
• Single piece shaft and vane. No 3mm pin holding two parts together

THE DAMPING

What will you notice when you ride?
