We are looking forward to celebrating with you and the rest of our wonderful 2026 Finalists, Sponsors and Friends on Thursday 19 March, at the Ribble Valley Business Awards Ceremony at Mytton Fold Hotel.
You will find the ticket booking form below, underneath the Dinner Menu and important information about the event. All questions you may have about the event should be answered below. We’re looking forward to seeing you on the night!

Starter
SMOKED MACKEREL PÂTÉ with Crisp Pickled Cucumber, Watercress, Sourdough (can be Gluten Free)
OR - TOMATO & BASIL SOUP with Garlic Croutons (Vegetarian - can be Vegan / Gluten Free)
Main Course
ROAST CHICKEN BREAST with Butternut Squash Purée, Tenderstem Broccoli, Chimichurri Verde (can be Gluten Free)
OR - PROVENCAL VEGETABLE LINGUINE with Parmesan, Rocket  (Vegetarian - can be Vegan / Gluten Free)

Important Information about the Awards Evening
- The date of the awards is Thursday 19 March 2026
- Our venue is the Abbey Suite at Mytton Fold in Langho, Whalley Road, BB6 8AB
- The doors and bar will open at 5.45pm, arrival is from 5.45pm to 6.15pm and we'll be treated to a Sparkling Reception on arrival, courtesy of Mytton Fold
- The evening is black tie, dust off your tuxedo or very best suit Gents, and Ladies your favourite evening or cocktail dress, we'll be celebrating in style!
- We'll sit down from 6.30pm and dinner will be served from 6.45pm
- The award presentations will commence around 8.45pm
- The presentations will finish by around 10.15/10.30pm when we'll have a large group photo
- The bar will remain open until 11.30pm for those who wish to keep celebrating!

Seating Plan
- The Seating Plan will be created by Thursday 12 March so you'll know which table you will be on at RVBA26, we will circulate this in an update email to everyone - you will be able to view who's on which table at this link too from 12 March
- Tables seat 12 people so you will likely be sharing with other local businesses, it's a great chance to network and meet fantastic new business friends
- Seats on tables will not be reserved, we ask that you sit next to whoever is already seated (leaving a space for any of their guests who haven't arrived yet!) so all parties can sit together, thank you
Pre-Ordering Drinks
We've only had a couple of pre-orders over the last few awards ceremonies, perhaps due to now having a super Sparkling Reception on arrival. Bottles of wine and buckets of beer can be ordered from the bar on the evening if required.
Awards Presentation, Official Photographs & Certificates
- You will all have a Certificate to take home with you, and will all have official photographs with the award sponsor (see below for more details)
- Every guest will have an Awards Ceremony Booklet, this will list the award order, and showcase the Finalists for each category. A full list of Finalists will be found in the centre pages of the booklet
- Awards will be introduced by the Award Sponsor on stage, Finalists will be announced and each will have a round of applause, please give us a big cheer to show us where you are!
- The Winner will be announced and will go up to the stage to receive their trophy from the Sponsor and a photo will be taken on stage
- The Winner, Sponsor and all Finalists for that category will then proceed to the photography room in the back right hand corner of the Abbey Suite
- You’ll all have official photographs with the Sponsor in front of our RVBA banners
- The Winner will receive a framed certificate, all runners-up will receive a Finalists Certificate and a hard backed envelope to protect it
Booking your Ceremony Tickets
In order to ensure we can welcome all Finalists, we are able to allocate a maximum of four tickets per organisation at this stage.
- Ceremony Tickets are £75 each, each organisation is entitled to book one subsidised ticket at £40. The form will calculate the correct amount due.
- Please indicate the number of tickets you require below. You can request to go on to a waiting list for extra tickets if we have capacity. If it’s possible to allocate any extra tickets we will call to let you know on Friday 27 February.
- You will be asked to select menu options for each guest. Do ensure you have full guest names, meal preferences, and any dietary requirements to hand before filling in the booking form.
- Please Note: Subsidised finalists tickets (and extra guest tickets) can be booked until midnight on Thursday 26 February, after which they will be offered to our waiting list.
